Phuket Beach Wedding
Wedding Phuket of Cortney and Florian, a couple from the UK, planned their wedding in Phuket, Thailand. They contacted me about a year in advance to be their wedding photographer. I discussed the schedule, timing, and number of guests with them to get a clear understanding and sent a quotation for their consideration. Cortney and Florian decided to use the services of Phuket Wedding Photographer for both photography and videography.
Phuket wedding at JW Marriott resort and Spa
They chose the JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa at Mai Khao Beach as their wedding venue. They found it convenient due to its proximity to the airport and its beautiful, spacious beachfront, ideal for relaxation after the wedding.
Phuket wedding day
Once everything was finalized, we eagerly awaited the big day a year in advance. On the awaited day, my team of eight photographers and videographers arrived at the hotel and began shooting at around 2 pm, capturing Cortney and Florian getting ready in their private room. Initially, we focused on photographing the wedding details, such as shoes, the bridal gown, and other significant items, to preserve beautiful memories of their wedding in Phuket, Thailand. Our goal was to make everything perfect, knowing that a wedding day is one of the most important days in a person’s life.
Ceremony Begin
The beachside lawn wedding started at 4 pm with around 30 family members and close friends from various countries. Our video team used drones to capture stunning aerial views, providing a bird’s-eye view rarely seen.
We were fortunate to have perfect weather on the wedding day, especially compared to the heavy rain a few days before. This made Cortney and Florian’s dream wedding nearly 100% fulfilled.

After the ceremony concluded at around 5:30 pm, I took group photos of all the relatives, family portraits, and finally, couple photos of Cortney and Florian on Phuket’s beach as the evening sunlight created a golden hue until the sun set. We then moved to the dinner reception room. The dinner started at 7 pm with Cortney and Florian making their entrance amidst the applause of the guests.
Wedding After Party
The reception featured an array of seafood for the guests to enjoy. This was followed by speeches, the cake cutting, the first dance, and an after-party with lively dancing until about 10 pm.
